Policy

The TJSTIDC follows a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept anonymous. The journal also adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for peer review.

Peer review process

Upon submission, the article is first checked for compliance with the journal's guidelines and criteria. Once the article passes this initial screening, it is assigned to two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and publication history.

The reviewers are provided with a review form that includes a set of standardized questions and criteria to evaluate the article's quality and suitability for publication. The questions and criteria cover various aspects such as the originality, relevance, methodology, results, and conclusions of the article.

Based on their evaluation, the reviewers provide their recommendation to the editor, along with comments and suggestions for improvements. The editor then considers the feedback from the reviewers and makes a decision on whether to accept, reject, or request revisions for the article.

If revisions are requested, the corresponding author is given a specific timeframe to address the reviewers' comments and resubmit the revised article. The revised article is then re-evaluated by the reviewers and the editor to ensure that the issues raised by the reviewers have been adequately addressed.

Once the article has been accepted, it undergoes a final check by the editorial team for formatting and language before being published in the journal.
